From administration roles to overnight supervision duties to transporting our residents to and from activities, we have many opportunities that could be an excellent fit for you.

Above all, we look for candidates who have a background in caregiving, especially those who have multiple years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities. We also seek out employees who have empathy for our residents but do not pity or judge them. Our goal is to uplift, inspire and encourage independence and confidence among our residents.

• Experience/background in the field, especially with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Medication training.
• Current TB Test.
• Clean background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Clean drug test.
• Compassion and empathy for the residents we serve.
• Because we have 24/7 supervision, some positions require overnight availability.
