How You Can HelpBecome a friend of Good Neighbor Village.

Good Neighbor Village exists solely because of the generosity and compassion of others. Without the support of our friends, community, donors, and the trusts and organizations who have awarded us grants, we would not be where we are today.

As a non-profit organization, we fundraise a sizable portion of our operating budget and lean heavily on the members of our community to donate items and services. Regardless of how you choose to donate, your donations will ensure that Good Neighbor Village remains "A Wonderful Place to Live".

We are incredibly appreciative of and humbled by the ways our community has come together to support Good Neighbor Village’s cause of providing a home and way of life for our residents. Every little bit helps.

We thank you for being a part of our mission at Good Neighbor Village and helping to support our incredible residents!

Items You Can Donate

There are numerous ways you can support Good Neighbor Village, monetary or otherwise. We accept donations of all shapes and sizes (which are most often tax-deductible!).

  • Frequently Needed Items - Help us replenish items we often need, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, and more!
  • Items We Would Love - You can also make a difference by purchasing goods we believe would enhance the lives of our residents, such as recreational equipment, games and more!

If you plan to drop off items at our office, please call us first to ensure a staff member is prepared for the drop-off and can allocate space for the items, if necessary.

*While we appreciate donations in many forms, we kindly ask that any donated items be new or gently used and work without any repairs. We cannot accept certain items, such as used mattresses or pillows, clothing or bedding in poor condition, or anything that is broken or shows signs of stains, rips, mold or mildew.

  • Kitchen appliances (toasters, air fryers, blenders, microwaves, etc.)
  • Dinnerware and utensils
  • Furniture and décor (chairs, couches, art, lamps, etc.)

Donate Your Services

In addition to items greatly needed by our residents and staff, we gladly accept donated services from our local businesses to keep our facilities in excellent condition.

For our residents, these cottages are their full-time homes. We work hard to ensure these spaces remain clean and well-maintained. This also includes the outdoor spaces that are used by our residents and staff on a daily basis.

If you own or are employed by a local business looking to support our cause, we often seek many diverse types of donated services. If you do not see your service listed here but want to aid us, please reach out to us.
