Our Staff

Good Neighbor Village’s staff interact with our residents every day, making them a vital part of the overall experience.

At all times, at least one staff member is physically in the house with residents to supervise and interact. Our staff members are there for residents when they wake up and have breakfast; while residents attend daily activities and scheduled programs; as family-style dinner is prepared and served; and when residents prepare for bed. Our staff also drive residents to and from appointments.

On the weekends, staff members plan and participate in activities with residents, including playing cards and puzzles, hosting ice cream socials and movie nights, shopping at the local mall, going bowling, and more.

We strive to provide residents with the utmost care while also ensuring they maintain their independence.

Our staff members are active participants in each of our residents’ lives. From the time residents wake up to the time they fall asleep and well after, our employees take every step to ensure residents’ safety, comfort and happiness.

After spending so much time together, we often become extended family members for our residents, and vice versa. For this reason, we are proud to report that we have very little turnover and that our staff has been a part of our mission for years.

Our board of directors oversees the organization and makes key decisions to ensure our residents have a high quality of life and the necessary tools to encourage independence and well-being.
